Hotel Ambassador Zermatt

Liked the stay, it was really nice on holidays. The staff and location were beautiful, it overlooked garden. My room included central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television.

We liked rooms and food - very good!

There where comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and an individual safe in the a double room. We had fresh bread, cheese, yogurt and scrambled eggs for breakfast in the bar.

Immaculately clean hotel, adequate rooms, brilliant location close to the train station. The pool area is lovely too. Family atmosphere and lobby bar.

I appreciated pleasant location, gorgeous rooms and supper friendly staff. A fantastic beach, excellent view. They made my stay awesome.

The whole experience was very nice. Convenient hotel with magnificent view. The rooms with a nice decor. The place was walking distance to Casamia, where you can have dinner. Had cold drinks in the lobby bar in the evening.

The hotel staff were terrific, the breakfast was superb and the location was walk from a train station. The bed was very comfy and the bedroom was cozy. Great views all around. With efficient check-in and late check-out, this property was cozy.

Had really really nice stay for two nights earlier, the staff were amicable, location was efficient and opposite the railway station. The rooms were adequate and nicely furnished with nice view of the mountains.

Handy hotel, I liked its very central location very close to the train station and bus station and the supermarket Denner, shops, the restaurants and shops. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the mountains. My food for continental breakfast was excellent and all the staff were informative and courteous. This venue met every demand in every way, would recommend.

Very pleasant stay in the truly beautiful area. Impeccably clean hotel, there were excellent location and staff. The room was renovated and available with Matterhorn view and a good breakfast, for example. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including cheese and pastries. Walking distance to the clean beach. And it was walk from a train station.

Spectacular view of ocean. Extremely accommodating hotel, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown.

Not bad and spotless hotel, really handy location. Room had a marble-lined bathroom that we loved. The outdoor restaurant had great food and personalized service. The beach nearby was magnificent and the view was marvellous.

Location and staff were terrific, good value. Loved complimentary wireless internet, flat-screen television and terrace in the room. The staff did all they can for a FUN stay. Unique interior, terrific restaurant. Besides, we parked the car onsite.

The rooms were airy, the pool was brilliant, very well decorated place. Lots of supplies in the room: WiFi, flat-screen television and terrace.
